Where Are Orders Shipped

    • We Ship Canada Wide
    • We do ask for 24 hours processing once payment is received.
    • $17.00 for shipping within BC Region -(BC, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba
    • $21.00 for shipping outside BC Region – National (NWT, Quebec, NB, Nova Scotia, Newfoundland, PEI, Ontario, Yukon)
    • Orders are Processed in the order payments are received.
    • Once Payment has been Processed the order is forwarded to our shipping department.
    • All Orders are Shipped Monday to Thursday via Canada Post
    • Tracking will be updated on all orders within 24 hours of processing.

Why Do You Require Photo ID

    • At this time we are currently accepting 19+ orders.
    • It is required to validate 19+ age (age of majority) via Photo Identification

How Are Orders Shipped

    • Priority Express Mailers are used to ensure the fastest delivery Possible.
    • Canada Post offers 2-3 Day delivery Once item has been processed at the Post Office.
    • All orders are shipped from BC, Xpress with Canada Post. Delivery time may vary depending on destination.

How do I qualify for Free Shipping?

    • The Option for Free Shipping will be available when $375.00 or more product is added to your cart.
    • Free shipping will be applied at payment.

Seized or Lost Parcels

    • We are unable to contact Canada Post for any inquiries regarding our packages.
    • All parcels marked seized or undelivered from Canada Post qualify for a possible credit or reship.
    • As situations vary, Contact our customer care for assistance if experiencing any shipping errors.

Why is Payment Required before Processing

    • Due to limited availability on all products, items are only able to be held for a maximum of 48 hours before inventory is released to fill other orders.
    • Orders are processed in the order Payments are received.
    • Quick Payment ensures your order will be able to be filled & shipped in a timely manner.

How will I be Notified my order has Shipped?

    • Once the orders has been filled, tracking information will be provided via Canada Post.
    • Your order will be updated with a Tracking Number to verify items has been shipped.

Product Questions

Do your colorants meet Health Canada safety standards?

  • Yes!  All of our colorants and their components do meet Health Canada regulations.
  • All Bath Bombs now contain Polysorbate-80
  • The “ring around the tub” that we see often mistaken for staining.  This effect is un-dispersed colorant that has attached itself to the oils and butters which in turn attach to the side of the bath tub and become quite sticky.  Where it is often mistaken is that the butters and oils are difficult to remove without the use of a cleaner and is mistaken as a stain.
  • This akin to “bath scum” (combination of oils and soap) where various residues stick to the side of the tub and must be removed with a cleaner.  Further to this, majority of hand made soaps (which often do not contain detergents) further compound oil residues left which aggravates the issue of the un-dispersed oils and colorants from bath bombs and other cosmetic products.
  • There are various means to resolve this but the most popular method is to incorporate the use of an emulsifier such as Polysorbate-80.  With an emulsifier, it does not directly address the colorant but rather directly helps the dispersion of the oils/butters into water which are carrying the un-dispersed colorants.  A great explanation of emulsion can be found on Wikipedia at:  https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Emulsion

CBD Distillate Oil

  • CBD when in high concentrations can tend to crystallize and solidify.
  • Don’t worry your product hasn’t spoiled, simply submerge the sealed syringe in HOT water to soften the oil & return to a liquid state.
